Introduction

6061 T6 Aluminum Formwork 600 Width Standard Panel is a standardized formwork panel made of high-strength aluminum alloy material (6061-T6), mainly used for the forming construction of concrete structures in construction projects. The width of the panel is 600 mm, which meets industry standards and is suitable for concrete forming operations in different parts such as walls, floors, beams, columns, etc. The panel adopts an integral extrusion molding process, has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable quality during multiple constructions. Its surface has been specially treated to have high wear resistance and oxidation resistance, and is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.

Features

High-strength materials ensure structural pressure-bearing stability
6061 T6 Aluminum Formwork 600 Width Standard Panel uses 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material. After solution treatment and artificial aging, the yield strength of the material can reach 240 MPa and the tensile strength can reach 290–310 MPa. This strength grade can meet the bearing requirements of about 30–50 kN/m² of concrete lateral pressure during construction, and is particularly suitable for high-rise buildings, shear walls, large-span beams and other component areas with high pressure requirements. The mechanical properties of the material determine that it can resist the concentrated load formed during the pouring process many times without permanent deformation.

Standardized width improves template combination efficiency
The width of this template is 600 mm, which is a common standard size in the industry. The standard size setting can effectively match a variety of component modules such as floor slabs, walls, beams and columns, reducing the need for on-site cutting caused by non-standard sizes. The 600 mm width template reduces the number of joints in layout and improves installation efficiency. At the same time, standardization helps the unified use of connectors, improves the overall stability of the system, and reduces the impact of dimensional error propagation on the quality of structural construction.

Low material density
The density of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is 2.7 g/cm³, which is only one-third of that of traditional steel. The weight of a whole 600 mm wide standard panel is controlled at about 23–25 kg/m². This weight design can meet the operational strength restrictions of manual handling and tower crane hoisting, and is particularly suitable for high-altitude operations in high-rise or complex structures. Lightweight formwork can reduce the labor intensity of construction workers, while shortening assembly and disassembly time, increasing the construction area per unit time, and improving turnover efficiency.

High reuse rate reduces the cost per use
Under normal construction conditions and standardized operations, the 6061 T6 Aluminum Formwork 600 Width Standard Panel can be reused more than 300 times. This performance is due to the corrosion resistance and structural welding strength of the aluminum alloy material. The anodized surface has a 10–15μm thick oxide layer that can resist corrosion in alkaline concrete environments. The high turnover rate makes the cost per use lower than that of wooden formwork and steel formwork, which is particularly suitable for long-term use needs in large-scale construction projects.
