Introduction

Aluminum Formwork for Highrise Building is an aluminum alloy formwork system designed for high-rise buildings. It is made of high-strength aluminum alloy materials (such as 6061-T6) and has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The system consists of standardized formwork panels, support systems, connectors and accessories. The modular design can be customized according to the characteristics of the building structure and construction requirements to ensure the stability and safety of the formwork during construction. The size and structure of the formwork panel are precisely designed to meet the standardized requirements for the formwork system in high-rise buildings, and are suitable for concrete forming operations in different parts such as walls, floor slabs, beams, columns, etc.

Features

High-strength materials improve bearing capacity
Aluminum Formwork for Highrise Building uses 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of up to 310 MPa and a yield strength of more than 240 MPa, which can withstand a construction load of 30–50 kN/m². High-rise buildings are subjected to high vertical pouring pressure in the formwork system, and ordinary wooden formwork or steel formwork is prone to deformation after long-term repeated use. After T6 heat treatment, aluminum alloy has excellent structural stability and is suitable for continuous pouring of high-rise buildings, large formwork spans and high-frequency use conditions, ensuring the continuity and safety of structural construction.

Reused more than 300 times
The system can be reused more than 300 times, which is 3 to 10 times that of traditional wooden formwork (30-50 times) and steel formwork (80-100 times). This high turnover rate comes from the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy and the strength design of the welded frame. The 10–15μm thick oxide film formed after anodizing can block cement alkaline corrosion and has excellent wear resistance and heat resistance. In high-rise residential projects, the average formwork usage for a single project can reach thousands of square meters. The reuse feature directly reduces the frequency of material replacement and transportation, and reduces the overall project material cost expenditure.

Modular design improves construction speed
The formwork system adopts standardized and modular design, with a conventional plate width of 600 mm, which is finalized according to the size ratio of components such as floor slabs, shear walls, beams and columns. The modules are quickly assembled and disassembled through unified connectors, without on-site cutting, reducing adjustment time. The construction period of standard floors can be controlled within 4-5 days/floor, which saves more than 30% of the construction period on average compared with traditional formwork. For projects with more than 30 floors, more than one month of construction period can be saved.

High-precision control of concrete structure dimensional error
The aluminum formwork is processed by CNC, and the panel size accuracy is controlled within ±0.15 mm, and the interface misalignment error is less than 1 mm. This accuracy enables accurate template positioning during structural construction, and the edges and corners of concrete walls, beams and columns are flat after pouring, and the verticality error is controlled within 3 mm, which fully meets the high-rise structure construction quality acceptance specifications. Due to the smooth surface and tight joints, the concrete does not need plastering after forming and can directly enter the subsequent decoration or waterproofing process.
